IDoPrint.com Production Turnaround

We realize that sometimes you need printing fast than others. IDoPrint.com has flexible production schedules to meet a range of deadline needs. Standard turnaround for most products is three to five business days. If you need it faster, we offer rush and super rush turnaround.

All turnaround quoted on IDoPrint.com begin when a job is “sent to press”.To be sent to press, your job will go through the following steps.

  1. A complete order is received and a set of "ready for press" job files are uploaded to IDoPrint.com using our intuitive and easy to use online interface. Soon after your files are received, IDoPrint.com’s professional prepress staff will evaluate them for common mistakes. To be considered complete, job files must include all the layout files, support graphics, images and fonts needed to send the job to press. Files that are "ready for press" meet IDoPrint.com’s file preparation guidelines and were created using the appropriate IDoPrint.com product tem-plate. You will be notified promptly of any problems with your order. Setup or omission errors will delay our ability to produce your job, affecting turnaround.

  2. Once a complete set of files is received, an online jpeg proof is created for your approval. A notification email will be sent to you, containing a direct link to the jpeg proof. Proofs are typically generated with in eight production hours of receipt but could take up to 24hours during busy times.

  3. The notification email will direct you to your order and allow you to provide feedback on the proof. You may send your job to press or submit newly correct-ed files for proofing. Once your job is sent to press it becomes part of the prod-uct flow. The quoted turnaround for a job begins when your job is sent to press. Once a job is sent to press the order is locked and cannot be changed or can-celled. Your credit card will be charged for the full price of the job.

  4. IDoPrint.com’s production hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time. A job approved for press before 5:00pm today would count tomorrow as its first pro-duction day.. A job’s ship date is considered to be the last day of its stated turn-around. For example a job ordered with a three day turnaround will ship from our production facility on the third day after it is sent to press. Please refer to the online scheduling calendar for help.

  5. Production days are Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered production days and do not count when calculating turnaround.

  6. IDoPrint.com turnaround does not include shipping time. Turnaround times quoted here represent when your job will be ready to ship from our production facility. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping
