By submitting an order with IDoPrint.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please carefully read all of the policies, terms and conditions below before placing your order.

 

General Description

IDoPrint.com is an online commercial printing company designed to simplify the process of purchasing offset printing while at the same time delivering the highest quality products at the best possible price. IDoPrint.com products are printed on state-of-the-art 4-color offset presses.

 

Production & Turnaround

Turnaround time’s quoted for IDoPrint.com begin once a job has been "Sent to press". Orders are considered "Sent to press", once the following conditions have been satisfied.

1. A complete order has been received via IDoPrint.com’s online order interface.
   
   
2. Complete digital files conforming to file IDoPrint.com’s file preparation guidelines and specific product template are received.
   
   
3. The client has reviewed and approved an online jpeg proof and given us permission to print the job.
   
   
4. Full payment including shipping has been provided.

When your order is successfully uploaded and received, IDoPrint.com will review your files at no charge. The IDoPrint.com prepress staff will check your files for conditions that will prevent them from being printed. Files with setup errors as outlined in the "common file errors" section of IDoPrint.com will be returned for rework. Once a complete set of files is received, an online proof will be generated.You will receive an email with a link to your online proof. If the proof looks good, you must return to the site to approve the job. At this point, the order has been "sent to press" and the turnaround time begins. Once an order is sent to press, IDoPrint.com will not accept any changes or cancellations. There are also no refunds or returns after this point.

 

Files received must conform to the specifications set forth in the File Preparation section of IDoPrint.com. Files that do not conform will be returned, delaying your turnaround. Please read the file preparation section carefully before submitting files. If your files are prepared by a third-party, please make sure the submission specifications are understood.

 

Files are checked on a first come first served basis.We strive to review your files within eight business hours of receiving them. Due to heavy volume, the review time may vary and can be up to twelve hours. Once files have been checked, you will receive an email with a link to your online proof or an explanation of issues requiring your attention.

 

Your monitor’s calibration affects how your files look on screen. Colors on the final printed piece may differ from what you see on your screen. Online proofs are a representation of the color of your final printed piece. If your order is a reprint please specify the previous order number so that we may try and match the work. While we do everything in our power to match color expectations to your proof or previously printed piece, IDoPrint.com does not guarantee color matching.

 

We pride ourselves on meeting or exceeding production schedules.The printing process involves equipment that is subject to malfunction and failure. We will always do everything in our power to meet the promised schedule. However, production and delivery times are not guaranteed. No cash refunds will be issued for missed deadlines. A partial refund for a job will be issued should a rush production deadline be missed. Any refund will be limited to the amount of the rush or super rush surcharge. Please plan time sensitive material accordingly.

 

In the unlikely event that an error has occurred during the production of a particular job, IDoPrint.com must be promptly notified of the problem. IDoPrint.com will evaluate the work and determine if a refund, discount or reprint is appropriate. There will be absolutely no discounts, refunds or re-prints if IDoPrint.com is not notified within 15 days of the customer receiving the order.

 

Payments

IDoPrint.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

 

Once an order is approved for press, it is locked into the production cycle. From that point forward the job may not be changed or cancelled and no refunds will be issued.

 

IDoPrint.com archives files for reprints as a matter of convenience. However we do not guarantee that service. IDoPrint.com is not responsible for your artwork. Please be sure to keep an archived copy of your files.

 

Liability

IDoPrint.com warrants that the work delivered will arrive as described on the IDoPrint.com web site. The customer understands that all proofs, dummies, and preparatory work shown to the customer are intended only to illustrate the general type and quality of the work.They are not intended to replicate the actual work performed. IDoPrint.com warrants only that the work will conform to the description contained in the online order. IDoPrint.com’s maximum liability, regardless of circumstance, will not exceed the amount invoiced for the work in dispute. Under no circumstances will IDoPrint.com be held liable for specific, individual, collateral or consequential damages as they pertain to the work delivered.

 

Indemnification

The customer agrees to protect IDoPrint.com from economic loss and/or any other harmful consequences that may arise in connection with the work.This means that the customer will hold IDoPrint.com harmless and save, indemnify, and otherwise defend IDoPrint.com against claims, demands, actions, and proceedings on any and all grounds.This will apply regardless of responsibility for negligence.

 

Copyrights

The customer warrants that the artwork submitted for reproduction is not protected by a third party copyright.The customer also recognizes that the subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law. Absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The customer warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material submitted for reproduction.To support these warranties, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold IDoPrint.com harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced.

 

Personal Rights

The customer warrants that artwork submitted for reproduction does not contain libelous or scandalous material nor does it contain any material that threatens anyone's right to privacy or other personal or economic rights.The customer will, at the customer's sole expense, promptly and thoroughly defend IDoPrint.com against all legal actions on these grounds. IDoPrint.com reserves the right to use his or her sole discretion in refusing to print anything deemed illegal, libelous, scandalous, improper or infringing upon copyright law.

 

Taxes

IDoPrint.com is located in Portsmouth NH. New Hampshire does not presently have a sales tax. For orders shipped out of state, all amounts due to local or state agencies for taxes and assessments are the responsibility of the customer. No sales tax will be invoiced or collected by IDoPrint.com.
